WELCOME TO THE HOUSE OF HEALING

PLEASE MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME!

The House of Healing at Duke University provides visiting families with beautiful lodgings, kosher meals, and various volunteer services to make their stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. The home is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, linen and laundry, computer, DVD player, comfortable furniture, and Jewish books and other religious necessities. The hospitality suite is truly a place of rest for families in their time of need.

Ariella Horenstein of Bikur Cholim Society will assign each family with a friendly community point person during their stay. This person will coordinate with them all of their physical and logistical needs, including travel, shopping, child-care and food. We are here to assist you in any way possible.

It is a pleasure having you stay at the House of Healing.

We should hear only Besurot Tovot – good and healthy news!
